Christkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg
The Nuremberg Christkindlesmarkt is one of the oldest and most popular Christmas markets in Germany, with over two million visitors. First records date back to the 17th century. About 200 merchants offer goods focused on Nuremberg´s tradition, such as the well-known Nuremberg gingerbread, fruit bread and typical Christmas tree decorations. 

Sightseeing tour at the Castle Hirschberg 
Today, Castle Hirschberg is a conference center of the diocese of Eichstätt, offering a variety of possibilities for conferences, seminars, work-intensive as well as contemplative hours. The castle looks back on a long and eventful history, which goes back to the 12th century and has been home to a wide variety of people and personalities. During a guided tour you can discover the traces of its history and architecture. Among other things, you can see the Knights' Hall, the historic staircase, the Emperor's Hall,  St. John's Chapel and St. Mary's Chapel.
